Halloween is the perfect time to get creative, and this year I decided to mix one of my favorite crafts with a little spooky fun: a DIY macramé ghost! This project is simple, budget-friendly, and makes the cutest seasonal décor for your home.
Using just a few basic supplies—cotton cord, cardboard, some scissors and a hot glue gun—you can create an adorable ghost that’s equal parts spooky and charming. The best part? It’s a quick project, which means you can make several in no time to hang around the house, add to your Halloween party décor, or even gift to a fellow craft lover.
I posted a step-by-step tutorial on YouTube showing exactly how I made my macramé ghost. Whether you’re new to macramé or a seasoned crafter, you’ll be able to follow along and make your own. It’s the perfect weekend project to get into the spirit of the season.
